Summer is coming soon!

The very thought of summer being right around the corner may send shivers down your spine, but alas. Don’t worry! I’ve got you covered.

If you are a member of the Peloton community, try taking these classes 3 times a week for both core and arms for the entire month and I PROMISE you that you will see a change. It may be small, or you may only feel stronger, but the work you put in today will show itself tomorrow as strength.

If you are NOT a member of the Peloton community, please don’t worry! There are a TON of free videos on YouTube. So pick out a different 10 minute core workout to do 3 times a week for each week. Do the same with an arms & light weights workout.
