Arms & Light Weights Workouts for February 2023

Wanting to work on toning your arms before summer? Hop on board my Peloton arms & light weights workout schedule for February 2023.

HOW TO: All classes for this month are taught by Tunde.

  • Simply go to the strength category, sort by Tunde and arms & light weights.

  • Find the class for the week. (Class changes every week, so find the date of the class for the week you are on.)

  • Take class 3 times a week!

Worry not. I promise you will get stronger. You have to start somewhere, so let’s make it here and now.
