If you are wanting to try out the My Curated Life daily planner, I have a gift for you! Here is a PDF download for you to print out to see if you like it before you buy it.

Below this photo, I go into detail about the best uses of the page. So please, keep scrolling!

Explanations & Best Practices:

  • Print off enough pages for two full weeks.

  • I have found that it is best to do this first thing in the morning. A hot cup of coffee helps 😉

  • There isn’t a “wrong” way to do this, but I recommend starting with your schedule for the day. This helps getting your brain flowing. The practice of this also helps you visualize your day. If tasks come to mind as you are filling out your schedule, you can write them down in the “To-do List.”

  • Dinner. Below the schedule is the line for your dinner plan. When you are writing out your schedule, go ahead and write down what you are planning on cooking for dinner that way you already know based on your schedule what to prepare for that evening.

  • After my schedule is on paper, I start at the top. I start with the gratitude section. Don’t think too much about this. It doesn’t have to be big! It can be that cup of coffee that is sitting by your side. It can be a good night’s sleep. If you just think for a moment, something will come to mind. Why this is important: If you get into a habit of looking for things to be grateful for, over time, you will change your brain into a more positive state of mind. This is HUGE! Looking for gratitude in your life is just like building a muscle: the more you do it, the stronger it gets. DON’T SKIP THIS!

  • Moving down the left side, up next is affirmations. I’m really glad I can read your mind. Let me help you. You may be asking, “What the heck is an affirmation and how do I use them?” An affirmation is any positive statement that resonates with you. In other words, an affirmation is usually a sentence of powerful words put together, like a positive statement. This sentence is aimed to tap into your conscious and unconscious mind to motivate you, to challenge you, to push you to reach your full potential in life. It’s AMAZING how powerful affirmations can be if you put them into your every day practice. Research has proven that affirmations can lead to an improvement in self-esteem, they help with stress reduction and better your overall well-being. Affirmations have a profound impact on your mental state and contribute to a more positive outlook on life. Every day is different. You wake up in different moods, you have easy days and you have hard days. I suggest doing a different affirmation for each day to reflect what you need to prepare for mentally. What is fantastic is you can use that affirmation throughout your day as a reminder to help you boost your confidence, see the good in your life and to increase the positivity in your life.

  • Must Do: This is an easy one. What are the 3 main things you need to focus on completing each day? Sometimes I even write these down the day before so I know going into the next day what I need to focus on - especially if I don’t get everything done that I need to. Sometimes I have one thing. Some days I have 6. Every day is different. As long as you write down the things you want to focus on completing, you will accomplish this task.

  • Goal Investments. This one is good!!! This prompt is to help you keep your bigger goals that you set at the begging of the year, or perhaps month, in mind. A goal investment is a daily intention that helps you reach your larger goals. For example: my goal investments have been mostly the same all year. At the end of 2023, my husband and I wanted to focus on getting healthier and more lean. Because of that goal, we decided to do “no wheat, no sweets, no booze.” We didn’t really put an end cap on how long we were doing it, but we knew that if we incorporated this into our meal consumption, we would be healthier and we would get leaner. So, one of my goal investments this entire year has been “no wheat, no sweets, no booze” because it will help me get to one of my goals of improving my health. Another one of my goal investments this entire year has been workout. Yes. Every. Single. Day. Some days, walking is a workout because walking is one of the BEST things we can do for our bodies. Some days it is lifting weights. Some days it is either the treadmill or the Peloton. Some days, working out looks like a meditation and a long stretch. Working out helps with my physical goals, my relational goals (sometimes I workout with my husband), it helps with my personality goals and believe it or not, it helps with my leisure goals. Living a more active lifestyle is something I strive for.

  • To-do list. This one is pretty self explanatory. Use this section as a place to brain dump everything that you need to do to get it out of your mind and into action to be accomplished. The key to this section is to roll things over to the next day if you don’t get to everything. Also, don’t put your big 3 tasks here. Keep those at the top of the paper. Remember, include a 5 minute end of day pick up to help keep your house a tad bit cleaner and also include your chore of the day. Do you need to do a load of laundry, run the dishwasher, clean the bathrooms, wash the sheets, vacuum, mop, dust? Include it here.

I really think that if you get in the habit of doing this every day, it will help you organize your mind and will allow you to see more progress in your life. Does it help?? Let me know! I hope it helps you as much as it helps me. ♥️
